Chassis Tightening Torques

Front hubUse new bolts.
12 point bolt with knurled underside: Tighten to 70 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 90°.
12 point bolt with plain underside: Tighten to 200 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 90°.
Front hub bolt types
Front hub - wheel bearing housing bolts70 Nm + 90° (Use new nuts/bolts)
Rear hubUse new bolts.
FWD: Tighten to 200 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 180°.
4WD - hexagonal bolt: Tighten to 180 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 180°.
4WD - 12 point bolt with plain underside: Tighten to 200 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 180°.
4WD - 12 point bolt with knurled underside: Tighten to 70 Nm with wheels off the ground. Lower car to the ground and tighten a further 90°.
