Engine Torque Specs

Component	Torque
Main bearings	Apply sealant to grooves in rear main bearing cap. Use new bolts and tighten in the following stages: 50 Nm 45° 15°
Big end bearings	15 mm thread length = 28 Nm 40 mm thread length = Use new bolts and tighten to 25 Nm + 30°
Flywheel/driveplate	Use new bolts and tighten in the following stages: 35 Nm 30° 15° Tighten drive plate to 60 Nm.
Crankshaft pulley/damper centre bolt	23 mm thread length = 55 Nm 30 mm thread length = 55 Nm + 45° + 15°. Use new bolt.
Spark plugs	25 Nm

Chassis Tightening Torques

Component	Torque
Front hub	Tighten nut in three stages: 100 Nm Slacken off 20 Nm + 90°
Road wheels	90 Nm
